Product Overview

The JF-120A is purpose-built for 24/7 continuous operation in the most demanding industrial environments. This 90kw (120HP) heavy-duty direct driven screw air compressor features reinforced double-row roller bearings, an oversized cooling system, and heavy-duty airend designed for S1 (100%) duty cycle. Engineered for industries where compressed air is mission-critical and downtime is not an option.

Heavy-Duty Engineering Features

S1 Continuous Duty Rated: Motor and airend designed for 100% duty cycle operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. No cool-down periods required.
Reinforced Bearing System: Double-row cylindrical roller bearings on airend rotor shafts handle sustained radial and axial loads. Extended L10 bearing life exceeding 80,000 hours under full load.
Oversized Cooling Package: 30% larger aluminum plate-fin cooler compared to standard models. Maintains optimal oil and air discharge temperatures even in 45°C ambient conditions during continuous operation.
Heavy-Duty Airend: Larger rotor profile with reinforced shaft design. Hardened and ground rotors with PTFE coating for reduced friction and wear during extended run times.
Industrial Grade Filtration: Oversized air intake filter with cyclonic pre-cleaner. Heavy-duty oil filter with 25-micron absolute filtration. Extended service intervals reduce maintenance frequency.
Automatic Condensate Drain: Electronic zero-loss drain on aftercooler and separator. No compressed air wasted during condensate discharge. Reliable operation without manual intervention.
Vibration Isolation: Heavy-duty vibration dampening mounts isolate compressor from floor. Integrated flexible discharge hose absorbs thermal expansion and prevents pipe stress.
