Ultra-Low Oil Carryover Direct Driven Screw Compressor JF-50A 37kw 50HP

Product Overview

The JF-50A is an ultra-low oil carryover direct driven screw air compressor engineered to deliver compressed air with less than 3 ppm residual oil content (ISO 8573-1 Class 2). This 37kw/50HP compressor bridges the gap between standard oil-injected and expensive oil-free compressors, providing exceptionally clean air at a fraction of the cost for applications where air purity matters.

Oil Separation Technology

Premium Oil Separator Element: High-grade borosilicate glass fiber media with oleophobic treatment. Extended service life of 4,000-6,000 hours between element changes. Low pressure drop design minimizes energy loss.
Large Volume Oil Sump: Increased oil reservoir capacity extends oil residence time in the separator tank. Better cooling and de-aeration means less oil vapor carried into the separation element.
Optimal Oil Temperature Control: Thermostatic bypass valve maintains oil temperature at 75-85°C. Prevents oil from becoming too thin (which increases carryover) or too cold (which reduces lubrication effectiveness).

Additional Features

Direct Drive System: 1:1 coupling eliminates belt dust contamination. Maintenance-free transmission keeps the compressed air path clean from external particulates.
Oil Sight Glass with Condition Indicator: Easy visual inspection of oil level and color. Helps schedule oil changes based on actual condition rather than fixed intervals.
Intelligent Controller: Monitors separator element differential pressure and alerts operator when element replacement is due. Prevents high oil carryover from worn separator elements.
