TEFC Motor IP65 Protection Direct Driven Screw Air Compressor JF-75A

Product Overview

The JF-75A is a fully dust-proof direct driven screw air compressor engineered for the harshest particulate-laden environments. Equipped with a TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) motor and IP65-rated electrical enclosure, this 55kw/75HP compressor provides reliable compressed air in cement plants, wood processing facilities, mining sites, textile mills, and any environment where airborne dust threatens standard compressor reliability.

Dust-Proof Design Features

TEFC Motor (IE3): Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled design prevents dust, fibers, and particles from entering motor windings. External cooling fan provides independent airflow over the finned motor frame. No internal dust accumulation means no insulation degradation or hot spots.
IP65 Electrical Enclosure: Completely dust-tight (first digit 6) and protected against low-pressure water jets from any direction (second digit 5). All electrical connections, contactors, relays, and controller are sealed from the environment. Cable entries use compression glands.
2-Stage Heavy-Duty Air Intake Filtration: Cyclonic pre-cleaner removes 90% of incoming dust before it reaches the primary filter element. High-capacity primary filter with safety element provides 99.9% filtration efficiency at 3 microns. Extended filter life in dusty conditions.
Gasketed Service Doors: All access panels feature full-perimeter EPDM gaskets with compression latches. Controller face is protected by a transparent polycarbonate window — no need to open the electrical cabinet for routine checks.
Enlarged External Cooler: Cooling fins spaced wider than standard to prevent dust bridging and blockage. Easy-access design allows cleaning with compressed air or water without disassembly. Optional automatic cooler cleaning system available.
Remote Cooler Option: For extremely dusty environments, the cooler can be remotely mounted up to 5 meters away in a cleaner area, connected via flexible oil and air lines.
