Quick-Install Compact Design Direct Driven Screw Air Compressor JF-15A

Product Overview

The JF-15A is an ultra-compact direct driven screw air compressor designed for workshops and facilities where space is at a premium. Pre-wired, pre-filled with oil, and factory tested — simply connect power and air line to be operational in under 30 minutes.

Compact Design Features

Class-Leading Small Footprint: At just 1050*750*1000 mm, this compressor occupies less than 0.8 m² of floor space. Fits through standard doorways and can be installed in corners, under mezzanines, or in tight equipment rooms where conventional compressors cannot go.
Integrated Component Layout: All service points — oil fill, oil drain, air filter, oil filter, separator element — accessible from one side. Can be placed against a wall with zero clearance on three sides.
Quick-Install Design: Ships pre-filled with oil, pre-wired, and factory tested. Includes power cable with plug (up to 11kw), flexible discharge hose, and vibration pads. Connect 3-phase power and air piping to begin operation.
Whisper-Quiet Operation: Compact soundproof enclosure with high-density acoustic foam achieves just 67±2 dB(A) — quiet enough for installation directly in the workshop near operators. No separate compressor room required.
Forklift Base: Integrated forklift channels on all four sides of the base frame. Easy to maneuver into position and relocate as your layout changes.
